The Makita BO5021K is a Variable Speed Random Orbit Sander. It is used for polishing, finishing sanding and abrasive work with OPM ranging from 4000 to 12000. The machine features true random orbit action for a swirl-free finish. Its ergonomically designed rubberized palm grip ensures comfort and control and its ultra-efficient through-the-pad dust collection system keeps the grit out of the way. The dust bag adjusts 360 to keep the bag conveniently out of way. The sander also features a pad control system that maintains the sanding pad at a controlled speed upon start-up and a pad brake that immediately stops the motor when the power switch is turned off. The sander easily connects to a vacuum hose for even better dust control.
