The Makita BO6030 is a 6 inch Variable Speed Random Orbit Sander. The sander is used for polishing, finishing sanding and abrasive work. The tool has OPM ranging from 4000 to 12000. The machine features true random orbit action for a swirl-free finish. Its ergonomically designed rubberized palm grip ensures comfort and control and its ultra-efficient through-the-pad dust collection system keeps the grit out of way. The dust bag adjusts 360 to keep the bag conveniently out of the way. Other features include a pad control system that maintains the sanding pad at a controlled speed upon start-up and a pad brake that immediately stops the motor when the power switch is turned off.
